Here's how the Mastermind works:

Inner Circles Every 6 weeks you're matched with 4 to 6 executives at your level, based on your goals and personality.

Weekly Mastermind Sessions 2 minutes to share your biggest challenge, 8 minutes of sharp feedback from your peers. Then rotate.

Expert Speakers 2 to 3 specialists per cycle. Optional, always recorded.

Private WhatsApp Community Daily accountability, intros, wins and lessons.

In-Person Meetups 3 to 4 times a year around ICE, iGB, SBC and SiGMA.

Your first Mastermind session

Your Inner Circle meets weekly for one hour. No slides, no status updates. Here's the shape of it:

Share You get 2 minutes to lay out your biggest challenge. The real one, not the polished version.

Get feedback Your peers give you 8 minutes of sharp, honest feedback. People who've sat where you sit.

Rotate Then the next person takes the seat. Everyone shares, everyone gives.

The only preparation you need: come with the challenge that's actually on your mind.

Sign your NDA

This is the most important step.

What happens in the Mastermind stays in the Mastermind. That's what makes it possible to talk about the things you can't discuss anywhere else: the sensitive decisions, the doubts, the stuff you carry alone.
